Terms and conditions:
· There are following terms and conditions which are mentioned below -
1. Age: If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the Services and Components of Vegetables pro only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of use. If your age is below 18 years, your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. You are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption and the sale of which to minors is prohibited.
2. Colors: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as much as possible. However, the colors of some products may differ from actual product according to your screen quality. Sometimes actual products may slightly differ from the original one in color, shape, size, temperature etc. but we will try to provide you top level service.
3. Return and Refund Policy: The price mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of delivery. Prices of vegetables and fruits may change on the daily basis. In the case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of delivery of the order.
4. Cancellation: Cancellation by Vegetables pro or customer self can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
5. Modifications of Terms and Conditions: Vegetables pro may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions of using the services provided by Vegetables pro without any prior notifications to the customers. If you are not agree with the modified Terms and Conditions, you should discontinue using the services provided by Vegetables pro. However, if you continue to use service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified terms and conditions of Vegetables pro.
You Agree and Confirm:
1. That in the event that a non - delivery occurs by mistake by you any extra cost asked by Vegetables pro for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
2. That you will use the services provided by Vegetables pro or its Affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Vegetables pro.
3. That you will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Vegetables pro reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (partly or wholly), it has the right in its sole discretion to discontinue all the services provided by Vegetables pro without prior information.
4. You Authorize Vegetables pro to contact you for any transactional purposes related to your order or account.
5. That you are accessing the services provided by Vegetables pro and transacting any payments at your only sole risk and using your very best judgment.
6. Your address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made is correct and proper in all respects.
7. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
